The entry should be functional for review by the judges.
There is no participation fee.
Yes, all team members can login from their account and submit application.
Individuals who are residents of, or Organizations domiciled in, a country, state, province, or territory where the laws of the United States or local law prohibits participating or receiving a prize in the Hackathon and any other country designated by the United States Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control.
