About
Hackathon is an event where computer programmers, software developers, and technological enthusiasts work intensively over a short period on software projects. Hackathon aims to encourage experimentation and creativity that is challenge oriented. The Hackathon phenomenon has emerged as a practical approach to promote innovation alongside digital technology for various fields.
Hackout’19 was organized in DA-IICT as one of the pre-fest events of Synapse. It was a 36 hours event where students from all over Gujarat took part enthusiastically. The students come up with practical solutions in the 36 hours. The event witnessed the participation of over 90 teams, comprising 3-4 participants in each group.
Hackout’21 was a virtual Hackathon conducted during the pandemic.
This year we are back offline. HackOut'22 will be a solid but fun 72 hours of your time in Hackathon wherein the tactical teamwork, innovative ideas, and your journey from project to product, ideas to action, and learning will be judged in a place. REGISTER FAST!!
We will also be accepting on-spot registrations this time.

The entry should be functional for review by the judges.
There is no participation fee.
Yes, participants are required to submit a prototype. If you use any database like SQL Server or PostgreSQL you can also submit a database dump along with your submission.
The organizing team will approve and confirm your participation. Shortlisted teams will receive a confirmation email and it will reflect on the user dashboard.
Yes, all team members can login from their account and submit application.
