Welcome to CodeSprint, the premier internal hackathon at JIS University, where innovation meets collaboration! Dates will be revealed soon, though we have a small hint for you it will happen in the first week of September 2024, in Auditorium 1009, this offline event is your chance to unleash your creativity, sharpen your technical skills, and solve real-world problems alongside your peers.
CodeSprint is designed to provide a dynamic platform for students to engage in hands-on learning and push the boundaries of technology. Whether you're passionate about Agriculture & Rural Development, Blockchain & Cybersecurity, Clean & Green Technology, HealthTech, Robotics and Drones, or simply want to innovate beyond these categories, there's a place for your ideas here. We encourage you to think outside the box and bring your most creative solutions to the table.
Forming a team for CodeSprint is your first step towards success. Each team must consist of 3 to 6 members, and diversity is key – at least one female member is required. This ensures a blend of perspectives and skills, fostering a richer collaborative experience. You'll work together to tackle challenging problem statements, develop impactful projects, and present your solutions to a panel of experts.
CodeSprint draws inspiration from the prestigious Smart India Hackathon, one of the largest open innovation models globally. CodeSprint is open to all students of JIS University. Participants must form teams of 3 to 6 members, with at least one female member in each team.
The entry should be functional for review by the judges.
There is no participation fee.
CodeSprint will be held offline at JIS University, Auditorium 1009, from Sept 3rd to Sept 4th, 2024.
The organizing team will approve and confirm your participation. Shortlisted teams will receive a confirmation email and it will reflect on the user dashboard.
Participants should bring their laptops, chargers, and any other hardware or software tools they need for their projects. Internet access and power outlets will be provided at the venue.
Yes, all participants will receive a certificate of participation, regardless of their final placement in the hackathon.
No, CodeSprint is a team-based hackathon. You must form a team with a minimum of 3 members and a maximum of 6 members.
