In our recent high-participation events, such as Blockchain Mastery (400+ participants - Lumos Sponsorship), Research Paper Workshop (120 participants - Partnered with IEEE WIE), Cyber-O-Day (over 95 participants - Rapido sponsorship), and Prompt Palooza (90+ participants), we consistently attracted diverse and talented individuals from our university, fostering a vibrant coding community.

TRC Winter of Code is open to the Students, technologist, freelancers and professional developer community.
There is no participation fee.
Yes, participants are required to submit a prototype. If you use any database like SQL Server or PostgreSQL you can also submit a database dump along with your submission.
The organizing team will approve and confirm your participation. Shortlisted teams will receive a confirmation email and it will reflect on the user dashboard.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Welcome to the TRC Winter of Code! We are dedicated to providing a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative environment for all participants. This Code of Conduct outlines the standards of behavior we expect from everyone involved in our program, including mentors, contributors, organizers, and participants.
1. Be Respectful :
Treat every individual with respect, regardless of their background, identity, experience, or opinions. Avoid derogatory language, personal attacks, and discriminatory behavior.
2. Foster Inclusivity :
We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive community. Be mindful of your language and actions, and strive to make everyone feel welcome and valued. Do not engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or exclusionary behavior.
3. Collaborate Constructively :
Open source is built on collaboration. Be open to others' ideas, opinions, and suggestions. Provide constructive feedback and engage in discussions in a respectful and productive manner. Disagreements are natural, but they should be handled professionally.
4. Maintain Professionalism :
Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions. Refrain from inappropriate or offensive behavior, including but not limited to: offensive jokes, unwelcome advances, and disruptive behavior. Remember that this is a professional environment.
5. Respect Privacy :
Respect the privacy and confidentiality of others. Do not share personal information without consent, and avoid discussing private matters in public forums.
6. Use Inclusive Language :
Use language that is inclusive and respectful of all genders, cultures, and backgrounds. Be aware that your words have an impact on others.
7. Zero Tolerance for Harassment :
Harassment of any kind, including but not limited to verbal, written, or visual harassment, will not be tolerated. This includes offensive comments, intimidation, stalking, unwelcome attention, and any other form of disrespectful behavior.
8. Reporting Incidents :
If you witness or experience behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it to the organizers as soon as possible at [reporting contact]. All reports will be taken seriously and investigated promptly. We are committed to addressing and resolving issues swiftly.
